When the students drew a picture of another students, Mocking his lips - Ms gruwell spoke to them about the holocaust Another example is when the student told the class he was being evicted and tolerance.

I think tolerance of other races is important

Deporting

Today in Social Studies i have learnt that New Zealand prime minister has congratulated the Australia prime minister .The New Zealand government is also hoping to dialogue with the Austalian government to improve trantasman relationship.They wish to discuss deportation of New Zealanders living in Australia.Some New Zealands are being sent back without a trial.

Why businesses are good for me or/and my community?

My understanding of what a business means is that a business means to me that  business is the government provides parents and teens for a job.

Cybersmrt Assessment

What it means to be cybersmart and why it is important?

A bullying message is a cruel or mean text message sent to your mobile phone or email. It’s important because it makes other people feel safe.And just being safe online.

Two things you learnt about being cybersmart and how you could apply it to your own life?

I learnt in class that cybersmart is being careful online, what you say and do.

A cybersmart is just making sure your being safe online and your not saying anything bad to a person.

A personal strategy a young person can do to help themselves if they are being cyberbullied?

You could help the other person by asking Questions like “ Are  you okay?” , “ What happen?” Do you know why they did it?”. And another why you can help is by talking the student council.

A interpersonal strategy a young person can do to help their friend who is being cyberbullied?

Taking screenshots and by showing them on the internet. Also show the teachers and principal and have a parent meeting so they could talk to their child to stop the bullying.

A personal strategy a young person who finds themselves bullying other young people can do to help build their self-esteem and change their behaviour?

You can be their Friend and be sensible and kind, help them understand that what they are doing isn’t right and that they should stop before things get out of hands.

Plastic Bag Ban

Today i read an article on the Government decision to banning plastic bags for 1 year.
I agree with the government that they should ban plastic bag because the plastic bags are hurting the humans,Animals and the environment. 

Migration Model

There are many reasons why Tokelauans are leaving their country and migrating to New Zealand or some places. There is a Push (Negative) having just to go to like a different country because (For example New Zealand, people come here probably to come and have a holiday or to see how New Zealanders like.)The Pull reason (Positive) reason why Tokelauans are leaving, one of them are that there getting a better Education. Some Obstacles that may stop Tokelauans is Money, being addicted to drinking and smoking.

Essay plan

People in tokelau have made major changers to their diet .Over the past 50 years in the past they manily ate fish and other meat on the island.Today in tokelau,they are now eating palangi food like weet - bix.But my opinion is that palangi food is bad for them because they might get sick or might have diabeties.
